INTRODUCTION

London born I achieved GCE 'A' level Art with prize but was unable to continue my art studies due to family circumstances. I had to work. This led to many interesting and varied jobs learning skills in many subjects, rural and urban. The emotions felt and experiences gathered, reflect in my paintings today, which are sent worldwide, as far as Australia and the USA.   In 2008 on retiring from my own busy retail business  I started painting in earnest selling my art from a local gallery, instant success encouraged me to set up a website in 2009. Since then I have been sending paintings worldwide and in 2020 Among 1000's of entries I came runner up in a nationwide art competition.
